At last night’s home game at the Fairfax Plant Hire Stadium, the club and The Final Whistle were pleased to be able to support Hayley to fundraise for Macmillan Cancer Support. Hayley and Selby chairman Dave Haddock ‘braved the shave’ and had their heads shaved to support this great cause and Hayley is pleased to have raised £178 on the night from the club’s generous supporters as well as the £60 raised online so far. Thank you so much to everyone who was able to donate or share the fundraising efforts, cancer is a terrible thing but the light in the darkness is charities such as MacMillan who do so much for those struggling with this terrible disease and their families.
